UPM concentrates its Finnish paper industry R&D in Lappeenranta

UPM-Kymmene will concentrate its Finnish paper industry Research and
Development operations in Lappeenranta by summer, 2005. Currently, the
company´s R&D functions are located in Valkeakoski, Kuusankoski,
Pietarsaari and Lappeenranta. In addition to its R&D operations in Finland,
the company has R&D centres in Germany and the United States.
